Are you a single parent working toward a college degree? The Uplifting Parents Program in Rapid City is now accepting applications. People in our program receive up to $4800 in funding, and are also matched with a mentor to help support them toward their goals. 73% of the parents who participate in our program make it to graduation! To qualify, you must be a single parent within two years of obtaining your college degree.
